The Golden Shoe is awarded to the leading goalscorer in the tournament. Currently Miroslav Klose from Germany has scored five goals. Henry Thierry has scored three goals. Henry would have to score three goals in the final match against, Italy to beat Klose. That is also if Klose does not score in the third place match against Portugal. I believe Klose will win the award.

lol, the golden shoe is not up for opinion. It's just a matter of who scores the most goals, i believe Miroslave Klose of Germany is leading that race, and pending a hat trick by Thierry Henry in the final match against Italy, Klose will easily be the winner of the Golden Shoe.

It is not something to be based on opinions. That award goes to whoever scores the most goals, nothing more. Unless Henry scores a hat trick in the final, it looks like Klose will either win or tie for it.

Most people go for strikers but I think Fabio Cannavaro has done an amazing job. For the top scorer there is the golden boot.

Klose is well on his way to achieving this honor. Theirry Henry needs to pull a hat trick in the finals to upset this one.

Golden Ball is the MVP-like award. For my money, Zidane should get that one.
