I have a Samsung phone with Sprint service. I need to delete all of the numbers because it's used and I don't want the previous owner's numbers... and I don't want to tediously go through and delete them all individually. Is there a way?

There is some card in the phone that you can always buy another and replace. This is usually where all of the phone numbers are stored, so if you replace it, then it'll save you the time of deleting the numbers one by one.

There should be a way that you can go into and it will say delete one by one or just all of them and if there isn't then I guess you could go to a sprint store and ask them.

On my verizon one I can delete all but this is first phone I've been able to.You'll need to explore your phone for all the functions.
