Why is motivation a problems in organizations today?

What is an organization?

A business?
A charity?
A school?
A club?

I think you will find that motivation varies with the purpose of the organization (and how well it is managed). I worked for a charitable organization and, believe me, motivation was never an issue. Less pay, more stress.......but a meaningful life.
