Recent surveys of women in the Malaysian labour force have shown that the number of women in management positions is increasing. Based on your own knowledge and experience, give possible reasons for this trend.

More women are working, and a greater percentage of them are gaining enough experience to be qualified to promote into higher positions. Also, more are seeking higher education which also qualifies them.
