for a brunch i suggest twigs petty grove in the Hilton down town
for lunch try MC Gregor's garden near the Benson hotel
and the restaurant for dinner is the one under the Orbanco bldg.

Home is the cheapest and you can control the ingredients and portions.
Garden is best everything is fresh and just-picked.
Health food store might be after that, most of their stuff is wholesome.
