try hibbett sports, or any good sports clothing store, i know that i found a yellow with black on it just like this one at a nike outlet, oh ebay has them put in on the search bar Nike Tennis Dress, alot will come up in tons of pretty colors, they run any where from 80-165 dollars, i paid like 95 for mine

umm well a lot of those dresses that famous sports players wear are limited or not a lot of are made of them. that person that you saw playing tennis could have bought it when it first came out. some of those pieces are limited and there isn't a high stock but maybe if you try had enough you will find it good luck!
