Im curious as my favorite way is sliced and scrambled with eggs, but i do like to have it served in broth occasionally.

With fried onions and sauerkraut

Maultaschen is a Noodle Dish .... I guess you could call it a filled Pasta Pillow.
The filling would be up to you, what ever you prefer.
