Personally, I think that women are just as competitive as men are. They tend to compete in terms of appearance and popularity. (Sort of like highschool guys). So when back-stabbing happens, usually the female is an insecure person because this is her only way of defending herself. It is somehow a violent crime, psychologically speaking. Catty and vindictive? Seriously, I really think some females need to have anger management. I suppose they tend to be like this because they need to prove their disposition. They need to show the world that they are "it" and have the power to protect herself. These kind of girls shouldn't even bother you because if its a friend of yours, well im sorry to say this but they aren't acting like one. Plus if this is some stranger trying to upset you, don't let them, theyre just bored out of their mindless pointless life.

Women develop their hierarchical power by intellect not brawn in most instances. Men had to hunt for thousands of years therefor had to develop the body. Women had to rely on the community to raise children, farm and maintain the household.
Even though we have come to the "equality" standard between men and women in 2006 the body has not quite caught up with the rules of society. Women are much better at communication skills and relationship skills than men, but that is a two edged sword. As that is how power is determined by women - it is jealously guarded and oft times incorectly applied.

Because there's so many girls out there who have such a low self esteem they have to go and put people down and gossip to make themselves feel better. Then it just turns into a habit. It's their way of feeling more secure about themselves cuz everytime they see something/ someone, their first instinct is to look for something they can critisize. But guys are like that too. Just seems like more of a girl thing cuz girls are usually more open when it comes to their feelings and thoughts.

hold on.just because u had a bad encounter with some girl doesn't give you the right to classify every woman in those groups.that is being disrespectful to us other women
