One day down the line, I eventually want to create my own video game and see my visions of fun and awsome gameplay, graphics, and storyline come to life in a video game that I created. (Of course with the help of a team of designers and programers). What college would be well suited to help me to reach my dream in life.... and why??????

How gullible are you? Are you interested in the arts and graphics or the actual programming? Do be able to write a graphics engine at the very least you need to understand linear algebra really well. To write a game AI, you need to get a background in algorithm design. To make objects move natually, you have to know your Newtonian physics.

So you can skip all that for someone who has done the real work for your by download a game engine development environment like DarkBasic or Torque http://www.garagegames.com/ and play with that. And I'm sure there are others.
