I'd like to somehow check to see if JavaScript is enabled, if it isn't, I want to bypass the script and do something else.

Java Script is usually enabled in PHP server that is linux. And if it is not then load some java script to it to see a reaction.

You only know if javascript is enabled when the page loads, the server never gets to know it.

What are you trying to do?
