How do create different tab things on a webpage?

On the yahoo.com webpage they have the " In the news" tab the "world" tab and "video" tab. How do you create something similar to that using microsoft frontpage

Using front page, im not sure. I think yahoo uses flash for their tabs. Alternately you would need to create each tab image twice (one for selected, one for inactive), and put tags around each to load a different page (unless you wanted to do it using javascript or Ajax).
