I have a Dragonball Z "Budokai 2" question, gamers help?!?

My son is playing Dragonball Z Budokai 2 and he cant seem to find how to get Kid Buu, can anyone help him out??? Thanks!

Make that Majin Buu, I think he got his "buu's mixed up" lol It shows in a book of Majin being a character in the tournament but I just cant find where you can adquire this character in any walkthroughs.
