By showing her how important you think it is that she know. maybe showing her this board and how you have asked peoples advice if my husband did this and asked and showed me what he was upto i think it would bring a tear to my eye.

It is difficult. She has to believe it herself and if she doesn't then nothing can convince her... it is ironic and irritating that women are brought up in a society that tells them from a very early age that they have to be beautiful in order to have any worth... a man doesn't have to be hansom, he can also be strong, rich, powerful, and will be respected even if he isn't conventionally attractive. Women on the other hand are made to feel that they have to be gorgeous above everything else. They can be sports women... and loved by the media...IF they are beautiful, but their talents mean nothing if they are not beautiful also... i don't think this, what i am saying is that is how society/ media judges women. Your wife has to feel good about who she is, not just focus on what she looks like. I am youngish now, but my looks ( what i have of them,) will fade but i will still be me and i want to be judged on how i live my life and how i have a positive impact on other peoples' lives, rather than be judged on my appearance.
So in answer to your question. Stop telling her ( because everytime you do it gives her an opportunity to think about the reasons she isn't gorgeous) and really show how you like who she is as a person, and love the esscence of her. She sounds lucky to have you . good luck

She is probably feeling that way because you may be working or living around other women who may be youngger than she is and be comparing herself to their shape, size, etc.

Take her out for a special but crazy date!! Like a day at the zoo, a picnic, amusement park, etc. Bring back the youth, she may not be old but she may be feeling that way, eat icecream and cotton candy, etc. Or take her to one of those places that you all went on a date as a young couple.

The point is do something crazy and romatic with her.

Have you ever written a song or poem about her?? Do something really unique and special to show her how much you care! Don't just tell her but SHOW her how much you care about her. Do something extra special. Oh and a good book maybe you should read (really romantic) is The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks. Give it a try. You never know!

Its not what you say but what you do to convince her. Actions speak louder than words.

Masterbate so that she catches you, when she ask who you're looking at, bust out a picture of you guys.

I have no clue, but it would be funny.

stick her on hot or not and after a few weeks if it's high bingo, don't tell her though in case it goes pear shaped.
