go to any DMV with two forms of proof of residence like a letter and a drivers license or a bank statement and pay whatever the processing fee, wait for about 40 minutes in the lines smile for the picture and there ya go.

Go to your local DMV.
You'll need your birth cirtificate, social security card, and two forms of proof of address (pay-stub, official letter, bills, ect...)
I think it's either $10 or $15, you'll either need a money order or check; no cash.
...and the wait is usually a pain in the ***.

if this is your first ID, you will need your social security card, birth certificate, and possibility your school ID card. and your parents signature, if Idaho does it the same as Arizona.

you need to go to the motor vehicle and ask them the requirement, in most of the states you need
1- your social security card
2- photo ID or birth certificate
3- utility bill to prove that you live in that address
4- or official US mail was delivered to you in that address
