If you're looking for sattilite based internet access the only option is direcway by direct TV ( AKA Hughes) It's about $800 in setup,fees cost about $70 a month. And although has decent download speeds, it has high latency so streaming video or playing games doesn't work very well.

I know all of this because I did tech support for Earthlink who provided this service.

No. You can only get internet through the companies that have sub contracted that service. Direct T.V for one.
