If the United States suports the self-determination claims of Kosovar Albanians, should this government give the same right to the people it controls (Native Americans, Puerto Ricans, Pacific Islanders...)

Reservations are independent entities. They write their own law
and are sovereign. There is a Bureau of Indian Affairs which does indicate a notion of sovereignty. Puerto Rico is American Territory but it has semi sovereign status.
