Probably not and it is a normal thing so I wouldn't worry about it. But what might help is to make sure you are very tired when you go to bed and/or masturbate before bed. I think you grow out of it (or maybe learn to control it?) around 15-16.

The only way to stop having wet dreams is by having sex or masturbating often. This than keeps the amount of sperm inside you lower and causes you to not have wet dreams. That all you can do otherwise you will continue to have wet dreams. I always masturbate and have not had wet dreams since I started masturbating years ago. I still a virgin so I can't say I have had sex.

Have sex or masturbate. I'm a virgin. I masturbate and have had just one other wet dream since my first one when going through puberty. That occured when I stopped masturbating for over a month.
