Begin by drinking tons of water, your uterus will contract badly if you are dehydrated. Get at least a 1/2 gallon in you in the next hour or two. Keep drinking more after that, don't stop.
Next, have your cervix checked, either by your doctor or the labor and delivery department in the hospital. Call first, see what they want you to do, go to hospital or doctors. If you go to the hospital, they will also give you water while you are there and probably a non-stress test to see how the baby is handling the contractions.
Relax, try to calm down. You need medical advise, make the phone call, okay?

um hun you are full term!! full term is 36 to 40 weeks pregnate. I had all of my kids between 36 and 38 weeks and they were small but did very well. and just think the smaller the baby the less your "body" has to strech! lol good luck and love that baby with all youve got and remember to stay as calm as a icecube during labor it makes things go alot smoother!! and even reduces pain! i have 3 children and had all 3 totally natural no drugs i didnt even have a IV !!!! Oh and walk lots and lots the more you walk the easyer the labor will be.

Call your doctor ASAP. You need to get checked immediately especially if you are already at risk for pre-term labor. If you are feeling the urge to push then labor is probably pretty near as I believe that is caused by the baby putting pressure on nerves in your pelvic area, so the baby is probably in position. Or you could just be having Braxton-Hicks contractions. My doc always said, if you're not sure whether or not its labor, CALL ANYWAYS just to be sure.
If you aren't in labor, try to take it as easy as possible and hopefully you'll carry to term. If not, they have made incredible technological advances to help care for preterm babies.
I hope everything goes ok. Best of luck!

You should go to the emergency room to let them know you feel like pushing if your contraction are every 2-5 mins apart. then you really need to go to the hospital. You have reach your 10 centimeter mark. GOOD LUCK

The best advice that I can offer you is to take it easy. Put your feet up and get plenty of bed rest.
