Any unprotected sex, even oral can cause std's. I would practice safe sex, because although it feels good now. Its not going to feel good when your sick from an std.

Little sister, just so you know. Anytime there is an exchange of bodily fluids there is a chance of transmitting/catching and std if one or both involved is carring an std. Anytime there is intercourse ( be it with a condom and birth control ) then there is a chance of becoming pregnant.
I would advise getting tested for an std. I would also advise you and your partner to practice safer sex methods if you feel that you must have sex. Edgucation about these issues is so key now a days. You're a smart, lovely young lady and i'd hate to see anything happen to you or your partner because of something that you or he did'nt know. It's a very smart thing to get tested for std's every 6 months. Even if you're only with the one person. Some std's don't have symtoms like HPV which is proven to cause cervical cancer. I don't want to scare you but I don't want to down play it either.
Get checked out. Get your partner checked out. be safe together and be aware about your partners. Be open and honest and communicate your concern for both your safety.
Best of luck to you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you both.

Yes, you can contract a STD from oral sex. Don't be fooled by those who say that there isn't a chance. Be safe, get checked, and protect yourself next time.
For those who think that you will know if you got an STD look at the website too. A lot don't have symptoms...

You can get STD's from his penis just touching your mouth not just swallowing. You should always protect yourself and you don't seem to be doing so. Why are you giving bjs to guys that you are just friends with. You must have some daddy issues. You need to get more self-esteem and more self-respect. .

if you got a std it is not from swallowing it would be from mouth to penis contact. if he had a std yeah you could get it my best advice is YOU BOTH get checked and then use condoms after that and then if you both are in a serious relationship then you could consider losing the condom

i do not think you can get std but i never did like to swallow as you say....i can not stand that part anyway.....but just use safe sex....and do not do anything you do not like to do...you got to please yourself too....i think if you get any kind of std you will know it....i have never actually had a std at all in my 53 years of life... but do not take chances with someone you do not know real well and you will not have to worry so much about such things.......i hope i have helped you some anyway...good luck and please be careful and be safe in your sexual activities and every way....

A STD can only be passed though blood, so really if you have no open cuts or anything the STD won't pass onto you.

Yes, you can get an STD from swallowing AND JUST FROM ORAL SEX! One of them is genital herpes, for which there is no cure (it won't kill you, but there's no cure, either).
Although the risk is very low, you CAN get HIV/AIDS from unprotected oral sex. Glad you asked now, rather than later...
That kind of intimate behaviour is best left to couples in a monogamous relationship, girl!

A condom should always be used. When you do.....what you did.....(which is not a bad thing and can be enjoyed by both parties) there is always a chance of transmiting something. Just think of it this way (and it kinda gross but makes you think) you are not only doing it with him you are doing it with everyone he has ever done it with. Be safe and always use protection for yourself amd him.
