okie... i think everyone knows the method to lose weight. Cut down calories lah... exercise more lah. But i think you must first understand yourself first. Whether you have self control in not taking so much food. if yes then you can go for the prefer way which is intake less and exercise more. If not then take medicine but from doctor.

Any method of losing weight fast will tend to cause dramatic weight gain afterwards. Be careful. Most obese persons without radical glandular trouble are obese precisely because of the dieting "bounce back."
