I was wondering, what are some of the really early signs of pregnancy? Like 2 weeks after you concieve?

Early signs of pregnancy:
Implantation bleeding-I happens about 6-12 days after conception. The embryo implants itself into the uterine wall.
Swollen/Tender Breasts-self explanatory
Fatigue/Tiredness-Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can start as early as the 1st week asfter conception.
Nausea- This will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception.
Backaches-Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy.
Headaches-The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.
Frequent urination-Around 6-8 weeks
Darkening of Areolas-If you're pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.
Food cravings-
