The Treaty of Versailles was nothing short of genocide for Germany. Jews typically send their kids to become doctors/lawyers/businessmen, and not unskilled labor.
Unemployment and inflation crippled native Germans.
People make excuses for black crime saying it is because of oppression, why not make the same excuses for the Germans?

First of, I have to commend you on your answer to Bono's hypocritical plea to end poverty:true, true, true!

Was the treatment of Germany after the Treaty of Versailles unfair? YES...undoubtedly. However, creating a war machine to generate the economy and the genocide of a people because of centuries of bigotry was NOT right. It's the equivalent of a person not getting a job so they go and steal from their neighbor and kill them because they think they aren't at their "level" of humanity.

I understand your question...and it raises many good points as many of the other posters failed to read and just answer the question. However, you have alot of stereotypes and generalities in it, that hurt the point you are trying to make.

You are a moron. Lets tear apart your generalizations and inaccurate comments:
"The Treaty of Versailles was nothing short of genocide for Germany." - Well I have read the treaty and many discussions about the treaty. While the treaty was very hard on Germany (and should have been as well), nothing in it prevented the German people from continuing as a race.

"Jews typically send their kids to become doctors/lawyers/businessmen, and not unskilled labor." - Even if we assume your stereotype here is correct, what does that have to do with anything? The Jews you speak of here are Germans as well.

"Unemployment and inflation crippled native Germans." - The unemployment and inflation affected everyone in Germany regardless of religion.

"People make excuses for black crime saying it is because of oppression, why not make the same excuses for the Germans?" - Probably your lamest point. The German people did not start World War II, Hitler did. If he was a great leader, he should have led his country out of the recession it was in instead of attacking Poland and other countries unrelated to WWI and the Jews he so despised.

Of course the rise of National Socialism (and the appeal of a dicator like Hitler) had a lot to do with German nationalism and the Treaty of Versailles and the economic catastrophe that followed. Nothing in history occcurs in a vacuum. But what does that have to do with Hitler's justification for killing the Jews? Your question goes beyond convoluted thinking.

Did someone tell the Germans to not to send their kids to become a doctors/lawyers/businessmen??? He wasn't right!

I am polish and i do live in Germany... It doesn't have anything to do with skin or religion everybody can make "something" out of theirselfs... By the way, the German ppl (Nazis, Skinheads, etc...)who think Hitler was right r all unemployed cause they rather sit on benches and drink beer cause the German government pays unemployed ppl enough money. Everybody can go to work, u just have to "want".

P.S.: I regret this stupid **** killed himself... They should do the same stuff to him "he" did to all the ppl.

Although the Germans at that time were oppressed, there is no excuse for the slaughter of innocent peple, not matter what. Hitler, being very intelligent, felt that if he could blame one group of people for the total oppression of the Germans, then this problem could be eliminated and the German people could regain the "greatness" of the previous era. Hitler was not right. He was insane, but not right.

Then why can't the Germans at that time send their kids to be Doctors, Lawyers, or Bussinessmen? Afterall some one has to do the dirty job.
Like my boyfriend, being a soldier in the army and getting paid next to nothing and not allowed to be openly gay in the army. While the stupid morons in the congress that is beng paid hunderds of thousands of dollars yearly are making laws against gay marriage and gay adoption, later to be arrested for soliciting sex to a young boy in a gay bar, THE IRONY.
Any way, I'm trying to say, some one has to do the dirty job right? Would you want to work as the person who cleans our sewage system and put up with human feces?

Are you kidding me? Many Jews were native Germans, and what if they are a highly educated and successful “community” or whatever you want to call them? There is no excuse whatsoever for the genocide of almost ten million people and plans to take over the word imposing your “supreme” raze.

I really can’t believe someone has asked this question

Treaty of Versailles WAS NOT GENOCIDE.
They were tough restrictions...but not GENOCIDE.

Genocide

The crime of destroying or conspiring to destroy a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group.

Genocide can be committed in a number of ways, including killing members of a group or causing them serious mental or bodily harm, deliberately inflicting conditions that will bring about a group's physical destruction, imposing measures on a group to prevent births, and forcefully transferring children from one group to another.
