What you do is get yo lemonade stand and have some music playing, have yo area like a lil mini concert and just make it look fun. just make your stand look interesting so you the customers can have something to look at and have good reason to come to your stand

Try offering some treats that to go with the lemonade, charge extra for ice, and try to set up someplace where a lot of people walk around.
