I'm 5 ft 5 inch and weigh 150 pd and I am a 34 DD. I have arthrites in my upper back, and huge dents in my shoulders. My neck hurts and I get tension headaces all the time. I get pinched nerves in my neck and it gose all down my arms. My insurance states they want me to go to go to physical theropy or see a chiropracter for 6 month, I don't think this will help. Any advice?

Well, most symptoms should disappear with a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The effect on the self-healing power of your body is simply amazing - own experience! :-)

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth travelling far.

And a breast reduction you should not have done before the age of 22.

My aunt had the same problem with dents in her shoulders and upper back problems. My aunt is in her 50's and just had her DD's reduced to C's. She couldn't be happier, but she did have complications with the skin under her breast healing. She had to have a skin graft and that didn't take, so she now has an open wound the size of a nickel under her breast. I asked her if she would still have it done even after the complications and she said she absolutely would. She said that the first week or two after surgery she had terrible back spasms as her muscles got used to the lighter load. She is a month post-op and her back feels much better than before surgery.

Do your research! Make sure you have a surgeon who knows what they are doing and explains the risks...this is a much larger operation than implants.

Lose 20-25 pounds. You may not be fat but you are overweight for your gender/height.

My wife had it done when she was twenty two and by the time she was 38 they had grown back even bigger...she had it done the second time at 40 and is quite happy with the results...however, there are risks...make sure you know what they are.

I don't think physical therapy or a chiropractor will help you. Large breasts are your problem. I know, because they were my problem too. However, my insurance covered my breast reduction procedure.

My suggestion would be to go to a surgeon for a consulation. He'll take pictures and notes and send them to your insurance company. You're more likely to be covered with a surgeon's recommendation.

Good luck! It's an awesome surgery with awesome results and I hope that you can have it done too!

Chiropractic care will def. help! Try it. Im 5'1" 115 w/ 34dd and a history of a broken back. I was skeptical too, but once I started going I felt 10 times better. No headaches, less backaches. If the first Dr. you go to doesnt seem to be helping try another. Good luck!

Get breast reduction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by NHS in UK.They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible.

As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got her breast reduction/liposculpture/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise fore this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.hope this helps
