No one person has the same size body parts. For example both of your hands do not equal in size. One eye may be slightly smaller than the other.

I have the same problem with my right eye. The left eye has no problem. I have tried changing the brand of the lens and even the storage solution but nothing helps. I am getting fustrated.
My left vision will start to go blur, the feels dry but no matter how much eye drop I use, its uselsss. Then i will feel discomfort and eventualy have to remove it.
When to optician for check. Nothing was found to be wrong with my eye. His only advice is to rest my eyes for a week without lens. If it still doesn't work, god knows how!!

You should tell your optometrist about this problem. It sounds like the base curve of your left contact lens fit may be too flat, causing it to not stay adequately in place. This movement will easily irritate your eye. The only way to prevent it will be to have your lenses changed by your optometrist.
Good luck!

I had this problem but i got new lenses Toric ones as i have an astigmatism this solved the problem. of my sense slipping out. I wear monthly disposables and find that the no rub solutions still need a bit of a rum. but I'm a girl who wears heaps of mascara!

Your left contact may not be the right shape to hug your eyeball. Tell your eye doctor the next time you go in for a checkup.

wow this is freaky. Me and my sister both wear contact lenses and it's our right one that always slips. I don't know what causes it but we both have to replace our right one more often than our left.
