what is a cure for food posining

There isn't much you can do there but either force yourself to throw it up and to see a doctor about it. Other than that you can try to suffer through it if its not too bad.

There is no "cure", but if it is so bad that you cannot move/function, or it's unlike anything you've ever experienced before, then you need to go to the hospital. Some food poisoning can be very dangerous, i.e. salmonella, etc.

Get to an emergency room immediately. Some food that is bad can kill you and only a doctor can diagnose. Run, don't walk!!
Your life could be at risk.

Food Poisoning...how bad is it? Drink lots of water to flush all the bad stuff out but if it's really bad as in you can't walk and end up messing your bed with #2s...then you should go to the hospital.
