I live in a mobile home and everytime I open the cabinets I get this horriable smell of dampness.

wipe down with bleach and water solution, allow to dry thoroughly (maybe even with a fan); caulk all the seams in the cabinets with silicone and then place a box of arm and hamer baking soda inside

I would open the doors and let them air out for a few days. You may also try a stick-um in every cabinet.

You're prolly going to have to either get new cabinets or take down the ones you have and let them air dry.
