a fallout 3 was being made and was 95% done but then interplay fired all the programmers making the game. They even had a fallout 4 planned.
Interplay is now bankrupt or something and doesn't produce anymore games. But fortunately it seems a a fallout 3 is being made by another company who got the OK from interplay to make it, but interplay still owns the rights to the fallout series. '
The new fallout 3 sadly is not going to be the one that was being made before but will be completely new with a diffrent story line than the original programmers had going. It will also use the system used in Morriwind which I think sucks. There is no release date yet, it seems to be just getting kicked off.
