My favorite anime would have to be Ouran High School Host Club(Tamaki equals love), it's just too funny. As for manga, I'd say Petshop of Horrors.

Fruits Basket- most defineitely Yuki Sohma!!! He's my all time fave! i ⥠Yuki! He's HOT
DN Angel- Dark, he's hot too and Wiz adorable
Tsubasa-Mokona! SO cute! And Fai! he's hot
Full Metal Panic- Sousuke pretty hot... he's funny!!! Plus his name is so cool and perfect for him! Assistance of destruction!
