I think Lindsay Lohan because she seemed to really enjoy it since she was younger plus she reported that she doesn't want to be referred to as the teen queen but as an actual movie star (or something to that nature).
Amanda just want to keep making teen chick films and Hilary is making a great music future for herself.

Amanda Bynes because she is about the acting and not about the hype. You don't see her name in the tabloids all of the time because she is too busy actually working.
I don't know that she will ever be big, but I will venture to guess she will be able to get parts long after the other two are a faded memories.
