Does thinking about being rich make you a millionaire? Its fine and normal to think about things you wouldn't necessarily want to really do, its a way for your mind to explore ideas and experiences 'safely' so don't worry to much. But then again, it wouldn't be so bad if you were gay would it? Relax and enjoy being you whatever way you swing ;o)

Of course it doesn't. Even experimenting doesn't automatically make you gay. When you decide girls are what you really and truly want, even for a long term relationship in future, and you are comfortable about it, then I suppose you would know you are gay. But some people change even in later life. It would seem it is not so uncommon these days, when a marriage has ended for some reason, for a woman to find a new female partner. This happens either because she may have been gay and not accepted it, or understood it, or because she became distrusting of the opposite sex and found comfort in another woman...sometimes a friend. Sometimes she may see other men as well. She may become confused as to what is right for her. At that stage, counselling is recommended. But there is a danger when you misunderstand that fantasies mean you must be gay, and so search for a gay partner. I would suggest, if you are otherwise happy with the opposite sex, other than worrying about your fantasies, that you assume you are not gay.

Fantasising about girls does not make you gay. It could mean that you're bicurious. Even if you acted out on your fantasies with girls, you might not do it again - in which case you were experimenting. If you go back for more, and you lose all attraction for guys permanently then you would be gay. However, if you still maintain your feelings/activity with guys, then you are bisexual.

It rather depends what happens in your fantasies, I think. Part of it may be to do with transferring the feelings you have about your own body to another's. The human mind is a funny thing and plays games with itself sometimes. I shouldn't worry whether you are gay or not. Nearly everybody has a mixture of sexuality - and some people find that scary, so they will angrily deny it and say they are very, very straight!
Our fantasies are often our mind telling us something about ourselves, so listen to what it may really be telling you. It may be saying just that there are things about you that you find it difficult to feel good about, so it allows you to think them about a fantasy person instead. Only you will know whether there's any truth in that.

Soft furry kittens ... or maybe tribbles? LOL.
I don't know. I began fantasizing about girls about twelve years ago, and I've been lesbian for eight years now. I did have a short fling experimenting with boys and girls, but no boys since eight years ago when I met my first real lover. After her I never looked back.
So be careful. You find the right woman and it can happen to you!

"Gay" is a social, not a scientific, definition. Gay is defined differently from person to person, community to community, etc.
I generally take "gay" to mean one who forms lasting, romantic emotional bonds with members of their same sex or whose sex drive is almost exclusively concerned with members of their same gender.
If you don't feel that you're gay, you're probably not but make sure you're affording yourself the freedom to define that word for yourself and not bending yourself to fit to another's dimensions.
Fantasizing about same-sex partners is not unusual. It's also just sex and, in this case, it's just in your head. Women are beautiful, it's perfectly natural to be attracted to them. Same with guys. Enjoy your daydreams and don't worry about the lables.

No but that was one of the first clues that I was. If you get turned on by it and it starts to manifest itself into your daily life you may want to look deeper into your feelings. But I would not just jump into thinking you are a lesbian because of a few fantasies.

No, it's quite normal for many hetero's to fantasize about the same sex. This doesn't make you gay, it just means that your curious so don't sweat about it. Your perfectly normal.

I fantasize about them and I definitely am not. No, I think it makes you curious, perhaps even leading to experimental, but if you REALLY do not know, then you probably aren't.
