well it kinda depends on the sizes of your other features, if you have a curvy middle, try something like a flowy top with an elastic sash to give you a nice waistline, of course there's the ancient proverb that black will slim down anything on anyone. if you have narrow shoulders, try an off- the - shoulder top to make your upper body look broader and that will minimize your waistline, or you could try a drop-waisted tunic to make you look taller , which will naturally make you look thinner, b/c most tall people are thin. hope i could help, i have the same problem now and then. !!!!!

wear a dress with a long and flowy bottom that narrows around the waist. Look for details like a waistband or a specific design.

Wear structured jackets, empire waists, or anything that gives you an HOURGLASS shape...small waist with broader shoulders and hips...
