Maybelline colour fast. Paint on the colour and then slick with the gloss supplied. Base colour will last for 16 hours, just touch up the gloss if you want to. Fab stuff. Cheap too.

Any of the Clinique lipsticks keep your lips nice and moisturized. I also like to add a thin layer of gloss on top of my lipstick as a quick pick-me-up instead of re-applying the lipstick.

MAC!!!! they are the authority on matte pink lipsticks. imagine Gwen Stefani. i'm not particular which colour she wears precisely, yet they have adequate shades to bypass with all skintones. The matte lipcolors are not bright or sleek and live on for hours. No lie! MAC cosmetics are really pigmented and are large for taking section in round. you're saying that your lips are chapped, you should attempt a competent lip therapy (i love clean's Sugar lip balm, yet its $22). the astounding prognosis is that no lipcolor will live on flaky lips. you'll discover MAC at Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and so that they have loose status shops. once you bypass ask the artists for help choosing the astounding colour for you. you also may choose a lipliner to compare! GoodLuck!
