I think....If I had to pick one
C Joe Mauer
1b Albert Pujols
2b Alfonso Soriano (he still has 2b eligibility this year)
SS Miguel Tejada (although Jose Reyes could be substituted)
3b Alex Rodriguez (still even with David Wright a close 2nd)
Of I'd still go Manny Ramirez #1, then Vlad Guerrero and Jason Bay
SP Johan Santana
RP Jon Papelbon

If your not talking about a keeper league, and it is the standard 10 positions, I would say...
C - Mauer
1B - Pujols
2B - Soriano
3B - A Rod
SS - Reyes
OF - Toss up...I'd go with Vlad, Crawford, Ichiro
SP - Santana
RP - Papelbon
If your playing for the future, like in a keeper league, I'd say:
C - Mauer
1B - Pujols
2B - Utley
3B - Wright
SS - Reyes
OF - Crawford, Cabrera, Beltran....it's hard not to say Bay
SP - Santana followed closely by Liriano
RP - Papelbon, Ryan, or Nathan
