I also have pcos and I go from 1 month to 4 months without a cycle. You probably aren't pregnant its just one of those things. You can ask your doctor about taking Provera to make you start though. My doctor told me not to go over 3 months without a cycle so once in a while I have to take it.

I have PCOS & when my cycle is that late, I go see the doctor. If I'm not pregnant than she puts me on Provera to start my cycle.

No. HCG indicates pregnancy and when you are fifty days late, your level should be around 300 or so with a singleton pregnancy. At that probable level, even a Family Dollar HPT kit will detect your pregnancy.

I have pcos also and am on Metformin. I have not had a period though for 3 years, so I know how you feel.
I hope things work out for you.
