According to "The Presidency A to Z," Washingto received 69 electoral votes from 10 states in 1789 and 132 electoral votes from 15 states in 1792. As I remember from history classes at least one of these votes (and perhaps both) were unanimous-- that is all the electors present voted for Washington.
