First u must work on the poor people , building their self esteme! T his can be done. Then u must work on peoples addicition, Then u must pass a law where people in prison,, do not have to live like anamals,their selfesteme must be raised, this can be don,T hen you seperate the dos from the don,t do,
All of this can be done by a chang of atuide of . of the people.
The rigitous do not need help , the sick does,

A perfect society is only Utopia. As long as humans are around, nothing will ever be perfect.

a perfect society can not be had unless we get rid of all humans. Humans are not perfect beings and if they are still around, society can never be perfect.

Create a state of true equality- where every human being from the unborn to the elderly and disabled have the same legal protections over their lives.

make sure nobody was starving give all the people equal rights no matter what color is their skin or who they sleep with etc. Make
sure all the children are taught unity and not hatred. have no gangs and weapons. Have no set religion let the people believe in who they want.

Adopt eye for an eye. I honestly think that would work. If you steal...you're stolen from. If you punch someone in the face...you get punched in the face. I think people would behave more.
