Yes, its hair thing. Grow it longer on top and spike it up with gel. People will trust you more and women will find you more attractive. (Put some blond high lights in as well. My girlfriends and I find that very attractive on men. The surf look, WOW!)

You have kind of an intense stare, like a madman and your hair is short like a skinhead. You look like you could cause trouble when you've had a few pints.

You know, as soon as i saw your face next to the question, i sit closer, a little closer and MORE closer to see this awesome guy in this small picture. must confess, you don't see attractive guys these days which i mean by 'who catch your eye'. It's probably the hair. Young bloke, real short hair. First impression is thug, chav or squaddie.
