I want to buy a laptop and my budget is about £600. what good brand can i buy Acer, Medion, Fujutsu, Toshiba and is Evesham Quest explorer any good?

Dell have some really good deals at the moment.
You can often pick up some really good deals in their outlet shop (see second link) if you know what you're looking for.

laptop computers can be a rather tricky buy at times, I would suggest that you look out for the cheapest and yet latest desktop on the market,
the best way to do this is on what they call warehouse sale markets some of them are online.
these warehouse owners have a service where they sell laptop computers to normal customers like you and me, however with very reduced prices due to the fact that they do not have as much costs as normal shops do, such as rent and a employees etc. as you know most online shops have rather competitive prices sometimes cutting the laptop price to a half.

If you want a good long lasting laptop then u should go for a toshiba.

I am using a Toshiba Equim and it does everything I need - it only cost £450 from PC World

The IBM Lenovo is a good quality laptop. My two other options would be HP/Dell. But my pick goes to Lenovo.

i have toshiba, tv, vcr, dvd player, laptop and never had any trouble, so do a lot of my freinds, quality counts
