You basically have described me, but I aint feelin the term "ghetto desi". To me, it means that there is still the desi/fob(fresh off da boat) side in the person. I'd rather just be called ghetto. To answer your question, yeah there are Ghetto Desi's, meaning acting black in public and then acting desi when you are with your family(girl i know).
