we have been married for less than a month. i am from a foreign country i asked my wife if she would go live with me in my country if need be and she said no. I will have to go stay there for a while because we have a family business that i have to go take over

Marriage rules vary by state in the U.S. Some allow annulment, some do not.
(A friend who was married in PA had his marriage annulled within the first week due to his wife's infidelity.)

I don't think this marriage can be annulled. Probably a divorce is the answer. You can check with a lawyer but unless there was fraud committed or if the marriage has never been consummated probably an annulment is not the answer.
