Osama bin Laden, who had grown up among Arab rich kids, identified Bush as the kind of clownish spoiled wimp who strutted, sputtered, bluffed, bumbled, and backed down. So the terrorist sheik licked his chops when we elected Bush, seeing it as a window of opportunity to pull off an insulting show of force that would elevate his group to the status of Archangels of Allah. The WTC was a trophy and a recruiting poster, nothing more.

But Osama also knew that Bush was too stupid to see 9/11 as a message only (as was our own raid on Tokyo a few months after Pear Harbor), just a publicity stunt, and that Bush would ignore the main focus of jihadist war plans, one part of which was to get rid of Saddam Hussein and his secular aggression. So Bush was ignorant enough to do what Osama wanted to do himself.

The Taliban, the Iraqis, the Iranians, the Venezuelans, and the North Koreans have all been emboldened to laugh at us for standing behind this stupid little boy and his Peter Pan crew.

Another example was when the junta in Argentina disrespected Prime Minister Thatcher because she was a woman. So they attacked, she whipped them, and nobody in the world disrespected her again. The Soviets feared Reagan, so they caved--despite American critics calling him an actor and a moron, so domestic criticism has no bearing on how foreign leaders look at our guy. Osama measured Bush, Bush chickenhawked at Tora Bora, and now every tin-horn dictator in the world wants to spank our little boy.

They have disrespected Bush as a "stupid, gutless phony" because he is.

The Taliban have not disrespected Bush, because they were allowed to tour Texas, when Bush was Governor, because the big oil companies were very much interested in "courting" the Taliban to get their pipeline into their country. When the Taliban were in Texas, they were treated with the utmost of opulence and courtesy.

As for the Iranians, they have not "disrespected" Bush because you can't believe what the Bush administration is telling us about the Iranians building "a bomb" and those "Mushroom Clouds". It's like China telling the United States to not build nuclear power plants because our ultimate goal will be to build nuclear bombs and use it against them.

Venezuela is governed by a "Democratically" elected president, Hugo Chavez, who is a thorn on the side of the United States because he refuses to allow the United States to interfere in the affairs of their nation. A good example of this is Chavez not agreeing with the Bush proposed free trade agreement in which large corporations gain exorbitant amounts of profit at the sacrifice of the poor and working class. Hugo Chavez is out to help the poor while Bush is out to help the rich (tax cuts to the rich). Chavez does disrespect Bush, but can you blame him? Is he not telling the truth about the "stupid little boy and his Peter Pan crew"

I believe the North Koreans are taking advantage of the fact that the United States is mired down in Iraq and they are boldly challenging the United States to do something about it. Yet, we don't. Why? Because there is no oil in North Korea to exploit? Because North Korea is backed by China? Or maybe Bush and his, "Peter Pan crew" are cowards?

You're right in saying that Bush is a "stupid little boy"

People aren't afraid of Bush for a few reasons, first, when it comes to Osamah Bin Laden, he doesn't care because he is on a religous journey. He believes in his god and believes he will be protected at all costs, and if he isn't, then it was the will of his God. Second, no one in America respects Bush. When you watch everything from the news, all the way down to a cartoon, they all make fun of the president. Now I'm not saying it's a usual thing for this to happen, of course it is, but to the extremes that are happening today, that used to be unheard of.

Actually, most terrorists fear him.

It was when Clinton pulled out of Somalia that Bin Laden said that he "now knows that America no longer has the stomach for war."

Also, keep in mind that 9/11 was the only terrorist attack to the US under Bush. Under Clinton there were several, including a bombing attempt at the World Trade Center.

And when a nation vocally and forcefully calls it's leader names, rather than disagreeing while maintaining respect, then that just empowers the enemy more.

If you're going to spout off and back the likes of Cindy Sheehan, then don't complain about what the enemy does. They're taking their cue from you.

This sounds like an attempt to provoke a show of force, this also sounds like an arsonistic statement that should be ignored.and there are lots of so called spoiled adult children in the world who can not seem to grow out of toddler words. Now leave my president alone!

They're not afraid because they realize that the US has only been around for 200 years and, with the right pressure, it will fall just like Rome.

Listen to Bush say anything for any reason...It's hard to be intimidated by someone who can barely utter a coherant sentance.
