Well the word you use ..."governmental synthetic cash"... is really a just a catch all for governmental subsidies, and welfare. but by no means synthetic cash. It happens to be your and mine hard earned money they collect in taxes. As the government has no cash to spend what so ever.

The so called synthetic cash is referred to as counterfeit and is illegal as it is worth nothing and would cause a complete collapse of the USA economic base if there were no way to base the synthetic money on. it would be worthless and no one would have faith in the US Dollar as we know it today.

Even today if it were not for the taxes you and I pay (or your parents pay) the money you buy things with would be worthless.

As far as electronically distributing to the citizens the real faith money is already being distributed electronically to us all. Or is it very much available.

It already is to a point. Food stamps and such are issued via electronic transfer to an account from which the receiver uses a debit card to pay for items.
