Personally I'd go for primrose, since no one gave you a link to the info, but primrose gave you much more than just the answer you were looking for.
I think the voting should be about the best answerer and not just the best answer. How else would this site have any validity? How else would you know if the person answering the question even knows WTF they are talking about?

Give it to the person that gave you the answer you were looking for, if more then one person gave the right answer.... well then give it to the one that you think answered your question the best way....
