It's looks like Tylenol or one of generics (acetaminophen) is the way to go.

Don't take paracetomol or aspirin as both are bad for you, and baby, when pregnant. Just use steam eg hot bath, and ordinary sweets for a sore throat. Drink lots of water etc. If you get really ill, go and see your doctor as it may not be a cold.

Lots of sleep, hot chicken soup/broth, some tylenol for the fever, a nice couch, a warm blanket and a bunch of girly movies. It's as good as it's gonna get since you really can't take any meds. a lemon tea is also good!

paracetamol products are fine - i have just been to hospital to get a tooth removed and this is what the consultant told me.
don't take over the recommended dose - and do not take if it contains other medicine - aspirin for example
if you feel rubbish then i would also suggest lots of rest and liquid - this will help you just as much as medicine.
not sure if you are in britain but if in doubt phone the NHS line - they are able to give you advice as they did with me.
congrats on baby

Tylenol is about it, but if you are pregnant with a fever, see your doctor. You should confirm that it is just the flu and not something that could hurt your baby like toxiplasmosis.

Suggest tylenol based products. But best bet is to call your docotrs office most will tell you over the phone with no charge and will usually recommend the best for you

Tylenol should be fine. check with your doc to see if you could take something else or if you have something other than the flu.
