Mac or Mars have the best eyeliners and makeup.....but there expensive.

I've tried lots because I always have had problems with eyeline that smudges and Prestige waterproof eyeliner is by far the best ever. I think it's rather inexpensive too. The pencil seems to stay smudge free better than the liquid. I used to use liquid exclusively but the pencil is absolutely great!

Cover Girl Brow & Eye Makers pencil. You get two pencils/pack at a ridiculously low price. Always goes on smooth, easily smudged for the smoky look. I've tried others and always come back to Cover Girl.

The best eyeliner out there is by far Maybellienes Style Flat. Its the best out there, give it a try i bet you will like it

Cover Girl Perfect Point Plus. Costs under $5 and is super easy to use. It just clicks up, no sharpening required. Goes on smooth and looks great!

Loreal...runs between $5-$7...depending where you live or shop. Loreal is made by Lancome. I've used this eyeliner for years and would never switch!
