I cant believe someone would ask such an ignorant question.
If you cant read the the directions on the box, why would it make it any easier to have someone tell you here?
Who are you going to get to read these answers to you if you are that illiterate?

If you're a virgin, it may hurt a little at first, and expect some pressure. You will need to find the opening (use a mirror if you need to). You should probably use a tampon with an applicator... it's much easier. Then, insert the rounded in and push gently. It shouldn't hurt much, if at all. Once you get that part done, push the end of the applicator in and the tampon should insert. Pull the applicator away. If it is uncomfortable, it may not be in far enough. To remove before it's really ready to remove it, get it wet, so it won't hurt. Otherwise, wear it for a couple of hours and then pull the string. It will slide right out.

Sit on the potty, with legs spread, grasp the tampon at the bottom of the top part(not the plunger), insert tampon until your fingers touch your skin, at that point stop inserting and push the plunger part into the barrel part and then remove the tampon and the cotton aplicator should remain in place. If you have any trouble remove the tampon and wait until someone can help you, a doctor, friend, whomever it could be dangerous. Oh and you will soon relialize that pulling out a dry or unsoiled tampon is enough pain to make you pass out.........it is the type of pain that is up there with child birth.........yeah its that bad

First, buy a brand which has a plastic applicator, not a cardboard one. That makes things much easier. My favourite brand personally is Tampax compax.
Try to find ones which are designed for lighter days when you're just starting out. Yes, you'll probably have to change it more often, but they're very small so easiest to learn with.
When you're going to put one in, you have to relax. Get into a position where it will be easiest - most people suggest sitting on the toilet with your legs wide apart, or putting one foot on the edge of the bath. Personally, I find the easiest way is to crouch down with my knees wide apart.
Take the tampon in your right hand (assuming you're right handed). Spread the labia with your left hand and gently insert the tampon into the vagina. Push it in gently until the fingers of your right hand are touching the skin. That's the most important part - it has to be far enough in or it will be uncomfortable. If you're having trouble getting it in, try pushing slightly to one side or the other, or slightly rotating the tampon as you push it in. If you find it a bit dry going in, you could try using a bit of vaseline on the tip of the tampon.
Once the fingers of your right hand are touching the skin, use your left hand to push the applicator in all the way, as far as it goes - again, if you feel a bit of resistance try pushing slightly to one side or the other, then withdraw the applicator and the tampon should be in place.
If the tampon is in the right place, you won't be able to feel it inside you at all. It's difficult to get the hang of at first, but just keep trying, I promise you it's worth it!!! No more messy pads, no more gushing of blood when you sneeze or move position.......tampons are definitely the way to go!!! Good luck!

The easiest way is probably to lay down or either put one foot up on the tub and gently insert the applicator, make sure it feels comfortable, and then, hold on to the bigger (top) part of the applicator and push the smaller (bottom) half until its all the way inside the bigger half, then pull applicator out and you should see the string hanging out and you should be set.

It's too complicated to describe without pictures, so, even though you asked me not to say this, you should read the instructions inside the box, cuz if you do it wrong, you could get Toxic Shock Syndrome !!

The box does give pretty clear instructions.... just make sure you're relaxed when you try.
Have a look on the box and see if they have a website that can give you more information.
