Have you tried NADS? It's like waxing but it ( allegedly ) doesn't hurt as much, there is also a NADS ingrow solution. They are both relatively inexpensive to buy & they are both organic so you shouldn't experience any allergic reactions. Up until recently it has only been available from sky television but I saw it last week in superdrug & it's also available to buy on the internet.

Generally exfoliating helps avoid ingrowing hairs. You could try a gentle exfoliator if you're talking about round your bikini line and eyebrows.

try immac or nair for your bikini line. Make sure you get one for sensitive skin as there are two types also i`d recommend the cream and not the mouse. don`t think i`d recommend plucking.
For your eyebrows ave you tried waxing i ad mine done for the first time the other week and its not as painfull as i thought it would be and only cost £3 to ave done in a salon.

Get your eyebrows threaded, quick, easy, not too painful and gives great defined shape. You can get it done for about £3-5. Nair sensitive cream for the bikini line.
