Yes you have one. It's between the firewall and the glove compartment. You need to open and take apart the glove compartment in order to replace the cabin filter. It's not an easy job, mechanics charge an hour labor to repalce that.

people when you're guessing then quit. Its placed on the passenger facet lower than the vehicle body and on that type should be about the position the seat is placed. One hose clamp holds it and 2 strains are on it.

He is correct, is not that simple to do have a BMW mechanic do it.
