To answer all your questions, they apparently were kissing and acting pretty hot and heavy during a song they were performing, I don't know why you're so offended I mean Britney, Madonna and Christina made-out at the MTV music awards and no got all that offended. Whatever, sex sells this year, its sad but very true.

It was a stage act. remeber britney and madonna ( and christina too, though no one really paid attention to x-tina's part )? It is getting a lot of hype and that is why they do that.
